Prior to joining Citi Julia ran the Data Services technology team at FINRA (Financial Industry Regulations Authority) where she delivered enterprise wide MDM, Data Warehousing and BI solutions.

Julia also worked at Freddie Mac, Thomson Financial Services, Bear Stearns and Bloomberg L.P.

Sanjay Bery, who joined TIAA-CREF in 2015, oversees an end-to-end data management function across TIAA-CREF’s Client Services Group. The Client Services Group comprises our customer contact center, middle office support functions and all back-office operations for our pension, IRA and brokerage businesses. Sanjay and team work closely with the Office of the Chief Data Officer, the Corporate Data Architecture and the TIAA-CREF IT organizations to drive long-term data solutions that support revenue growth, customer experience, processing efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Sanjay has more than 30 years of industry and consulting experience, including 25 years in financial services, across operations and technology. Prior to joining TIAA-CREF, he was responsible for EMC Consulting’s Financial Services Cloud Application practice with a focus on helping financial services organizations migrate applications to the cloud. Sanjay was one of the key partners of BusinessEdge’s Financial Services Practice, with Sanjay’s focus on by and sell side. Prior to joining BusinessEdge, he held positions at Oracle, DuPont Pension Fund and IBM.

Prior to joining GE Capital, George spent 19 years at Morgan Stanley where he was a Managing Director with responsibilities for Enterprise Data including Master and Reference data as well as roles on the Technology Architecture Committee. George also led technology teams supporting the Prime Brokerage business for several years delivering Reference Data, Customer Service and Reporting solutions. 
George transitioned to the Enterprise Data Group in MS during 2008 and over the next several years had responsibility for Customer, Account, Product, Pricing and Foundational Reference data. 
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, George worked at Bell Communications Research for 10 years where he held a number of roles developing software and leading teams providing technology solutions for the Regional Bell Operating Companies.
A native of New York City, George is a graduate of New York University and the University of Southern California, holding Bachelors and Masters degrees in Computer Science.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in prior roles including: Executive Director, Head of Enterprise Data Management, Americas responsible for Nomura’s client reference and product data as well as market data commercial vendor management supporting the U.S. and global broker dealer operations. She currently manages the Data Quality team within Asset and Pricing  Services and is responsible for ensuring the integrity of reference data of all fixed income and equity assets across the organization.  She joined Northern Trust in 2007 and spent  6 years in  Process Optimization where she worked on cross functional projects aimed at improving efficiencies, reducing risk, and enhancing client satisfaction across operations.  She has a background in Operations Research and specializes in using mathematical modeling and quantitative analysis techniques to aid in decision making processes.

Prathi received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and a M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from The Pennsylvania State University.

Since joining TD in 2001, Glenda has worked in several progressive roles at TD, including SVP, Enterprise Data and Analytics Technology and SVP & CIO, Corporate Segment Technology Solutions.
Glenda has been instrumental in leading the delivery of many large scale enterprise programs including the implementation of the Hadoop Platform and the rollout of a Social Media Platform to over 80,000 employees. Glenda is also a champion for Women in Leadership (WIL) initiatives at the bank. She has built a reputation as a collaborative leader and strategic partner to business leaders.
Glenda sits on the board of NPower Canada, a not-for-profit group focused on providing IT training and jobs for youth at risk. She also chairs the Industry Council for Homeward Bound, a program which provides college diplomas, internships and jobs for single mothers in Toronto shelters.
Prior to joining TD Bank Group, Glenda was a manager at Accenture where she delivered large strategic projects within the Financial Services industry. Since joining the OFR in July 2011, Crowley has also designed and developed data management solutions to support the OFR’s research mission. He has broad experience in the financial services industry in the United States, Europe, and Japan. Crowley led operational and strategic initiatives at Merrill Lynch & Co., IBM Corp., and Irving Trust Co.
Jennifer Curtiss

Jennifer Curtiss leads the Enterprise Data Governance office for American Express.  Jen has 15 years of experience in creating enterprise data governance programs,  focusing on strategy, data quality, data standards, change management and program implementation. Prior to leading the Enterprise Data Governance office, Jen served as the head of  Data Quality, where she led the design and development of the data quality measurement and remediation program.
Prior to joining American Express, Jen lead the Data Quality efforts for the Chief Data Office at Citibank and developed the data quality program for the company’s Financial Data Warehouse, named the Best Data Management Initiative by the 2013 American Financial Technology Awards. Prior to her work at Citibank, she lead data management programs at Moody’s Analytics. Jen holds her BA from St. Michael’s College and her MBA from Long Island University.

Brian Diener, Managing Director, is a member of BlackRock's Aladdin Portfolio Services Team within Business Operations and is responsible for managing, improving, and expanding global operations for the Investment Services area which includes Data Integrity, Pricing, Index, Analytics, and Reporting.  Mr. Diener has direct responsibility for the global security data integrity group 'DIG', and serves as the business manager for Investment Services.  Mr. Diener is also a member of the Valuation Oversight Committee, and co-chairs the Data Governance Committee.
Mr. Diener's service with the firm dates back to 2005. Prior to joining BlackRock, Mr. Diener was an Information Technology Leader at GE Private Asset Management responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing technology strategy for an asset management provider of separate accounts, mutual funds and annuities.  Previously, he was a Black Belt and Master Black Belt working within the Six Sigma Quality Group to improve technical processes across various GE business units including Genworth (GE Insurance), GE Appliances, GE Capital, GE Corporate, and NBC Universal.  Mr. Diener joined GE in 1997 and spent two years in the Information Management Leadership Program.  In 2004 Mr. Diener completed General Electric's Executive Information Management Program.

Nick Diieso is a Vice President with Deutsche Bank’s global risk management group responsible for 2nd line oversight of risk and control assessment and the ongoing implementation and governance of the 3 Lines of Defense model in the Americas.  Previously, Nick was a Vice President and Risk Director with Santander Bank where he was responsible for all data, analytics, governance, and project management related to Risk and Compliance within Santander’s US Commercial book of business (~$40bn).  Nick began his career at GE Capital and has served in various financial, strategic, and risk (1st and 2nd Line) capacities and has experience building out advanced analytics, governance, and transverse projects around complex, large-scale business strategy and risk initiatives.  Nick graduated with a degree in Finance and Accounting from the John F. Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University, where he was an honors scholar, and is completing an advanced risk certification with Stanford University.

Genevy Dimitrion is a senior vice president and chief data steward at State Street’s Enterprise Data Governance and Management group, responsible for the company’s data governance strategy through data stewardship activities that include mentoring, training, communication, change management and data quality remediation. Previously, Ms. Dimitrion worked in the Global Product and Platform Solutions group. In that role, she developed solutions and products critical to delivering superior client service, fueling innovation and increasing efficiencies. Before joining State Street, Ms. Dimitrion held various product management positions within global custody at both Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank. Her prior roles involved managing a team of investment advisors supporting several asset management firms with a focus on, straight-through-processing initiatives leveraging industry standards. Ms. Dimitrion is an active member of several industry groups and is a leading advocate for standards in the financial services industry. Most notably, she is on the Board of Directors of International Securities Association for Institutional Trade Communication (ISITC) and the Steering Committee of the Securities Market Practice Group. She is also a member of the Omgeo Advisory council, the Standards Coordination Group, the ISO20022 Registration Management Group, and the SWIFT Business Experts and Business Validation Groups. Ms. Dimitrion has been widely quoted as a leading expert on financial services messaging standards, and has presented at several industry events. Her contributions to the industry have led to the publication of several global market practices and recommendations used today by State Street’s clients. ROBIN DOYLE has worked at J.P. Morgan Chase for 23 years and is currently Managing Director, Office of Regulatory Affairs, where she is responsible for developing strategic responses to a broad array of regulatory initiatives, analyzing the impact of regulatory proposals, developing the firm's positions and preparing for the implementation of final rules. She is also a leader in recent global efforts to standardize reference data. Ms. Doyle also spent over seven years as the Chief Financial Officer for Corporate Risk reporting to the firm’s Chief Risk Officer and has worked in JPMC’s Chase Home Finance business unit and managed the Firm’s Accounting Policies Group. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Chase, Robin worked for Midlantic National Bank, KPMG Peat Marwick, and Prudential Insurance Company. Tom is co-sponsor of the Salt Lake City Veterans Network. Previously, Tom was based in Hong Kong, where he was head of Asia Regulatory and Tax Operations from 2009 to 2011. He had regional oversight for the Asia Operations Risk Management, Asia Operations Project Services and Asia Operations Technology Strategy groups. Prior to joining Data Management, Bruno worked in IT where he led the NSRD development team. He additionally contributed to various other projects involving the AUM system. He originally worked for SSgA as a consultant through Cohesive Technology in 1998.

Prior to joining SSgA, Bruno spent four years consulting with Cohesive Technology Solutions and spent two years apiece at Thomson Financial and DST International working on their portfolio accounting system solutions. Prior to that he was a business analyst at The Boston Company now Bank of New York Mellon.

This group provides centralized data support for the Firm, and serves the dual mission of supporting BlackRock and BlackRock Solutions (BRS) clients through overseeing Security Master, Client, Portfolio and Retail Flows Data, as well as Pricing, Index, Risk and Analytics Reporting, Performance and Attribution. BDS teams ensure comprehensive Quality Assurance and timely delivery of all information relevant to investment and risk professionals while running a scalable and efficient operational process on over $17T of BlackRock and BRS assets. Mr. Golbin is a member of the Business Operations Leadership Committee.

 Prior to joining BlackRock in 2005, Mr. Golbin was a Principal in Banc of America Securities' Fixed Income Credit Strategy group. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers Fixed Income Research department. Mr. Golbin joined Lehman Brothers in 1994, and became responsible for producing Global Family of Fixed Income Indices. Previously, Mr. Golbin spent three years as a systems analyst with Siemens Corporation.

 In 2005 he was elected to the Board of Directors of FIASI, the Fixed Income Analysts Society, and as the President in 2008/2009. Mr. Golbin earned a MS degree, with distinction, in computer science from Hofstra University in 1996

Laura Hahn, Director – Program Planning and Delivery, TD Ameritrade Laura Hahn currently leads large data programs at TD Ameritrade. In her role, she works to define, plan and deliver solutions that harness data, then use it to improve the client experience, drive business, and help the business be effective. Prior to her current position, she led Enterprise Data Governance and worked extensively on data quality. Prior to joining TD Ameritrade, she held several roles at Target Corporation within the Target.com eCommerce business ranging from Accounting positions and supporting large financial data initiatives, to managing an eCommerce datawarehouse and the related business intelligence team. Laura then drove the vision of establishing a distinct data management team, and under her leadership, the new team provided centralized data quality, data solutions, and data governance services across all eCommerce data, including operational, transactional, item/product, clickstream, and financial/metrics. Laura has a BA in Accounting from Augsburg College and has previously been an active Certified Public Accountant.

Yagmur brings over 15 years of experience in data quality, data governance and audit within the banking industry. Prior to Citi, she was the data quality team lead for capital markets /trading then market risk control framework lead in Enterprise Risk Management at Bank of America. She oversaw Basel data quality efforts at Merrill Lynch and, held responsibilities in information technology audits within Morgan Stanley and Ernst Young. In her current role, Yagmur engages with data governance officers, data stewards, technology system and data owners within Citi’s many businesses; she responds to recent data trends such as BCBS 239 or CCAR in audit and contributes to Citi's global data control framework through continuous review of Citi’s processes controls related to its data management. She holds an engineering degree and is a certified internal auditor.

Denise M. Letcher is Executive Vice President, Chief Data Officer within Independent Risk Management (IRM) for PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. In this role, she leads Enterprise Data Management, which includes Data Strategy, Data Risk Framework, and Risk Information. She is also the Director of Corporate Insurance and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for IRM.

Ms. Letcher’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the data warehouse, analytics infrastructure investment and delivery, data quality and remediation, data governance, which includes data risk metrics and aggregation, as well as regulatory information and reporting. As Director of Corporate Insurance, she ensures the group provides risk balanced insurance solutions. Ms. Letcher has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector. Prior to rejoining PNC in 2010, she was the Director of Risk Management Technology for both Wachovia and Wells Fargo. In those positions, she was responsible for compliance and operational risk, technology and information strategy.

Prior to joining the banking industry, Catherine was an innovation and advanced engineering consultant and led applied research projects and delivered complex solutions while working at the R&D laboratories of leading Fortune 500 Global multinational corporations, including Japan based NEC Corporation, and France-based automobile manufacturer Renault and defense leader Thalès Group.

Prior to joining the GAO he was an Economic Policy Fellow at the Brookings Institution and on the faculty of the Department of Economics of Rutgers University where he taught courses in urban and regional economics and international trade and finance. Most recently, Eric was the Executive Director of the Center for Biomedical Informatics and the Countway Library of Medicine, an Instructor in Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School and is a faculty member of the Children’s Hospital Informatics Program at Boston Children’ Hospital. While at HMS, Eric focused on the approval of the Department of Biomedical Informatics as a full academic department at HMS as well as industry collaborations, leading the technology efforts for multiple Ebola response programs, and building active research programs in medical product development, regulatory science and cyber security.

Prior to HMS, Eric was the Chief Information Officer and Chief Scientist (Informatics) at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. In this role, Eric authored the first IT Strategic Plan for FDA and was responsible for modernizing and enhancing the IT capabilities as well as the in silico scientific capabilities at FDA.

Eric serves on the editorial board of Cancer Today magazine and serves on the editorial board and as the Associate Editor for Novel Communications for the DIA flagship publication, the Journal of and Therapeutic Innovation and Regulatory Science. David Saul

David Saul is senior vice president and chief scientist at State Street Corporation, reporting to the chief information officer.  In this role, he is responsible for proposing and assessing new advanced technologies for the organization as well as evaluating technologies already in use at State Street and their likely evolution in order to reinforce the organization’s leadership position in financial services.

Mr. Saul previously was chief information security officer, where he oversaw State Street’s corporate information security program, controls and technology. Prior to that, he managed State Street’s Office of Architecture, where he was responsible for the overall enterprise technology, data and security architecture of the corporation. Mr. Saul joined State Street in 1992 after 15 years with IBM’s Cambridge Scientific Center, where he managed innovations in operating systems virtualization, multiprocessing, networking and personal computers. Mr. Saul serves as a trustee of the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. In 2007 he was honored with a Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leader Award.  American Banker named Mr. Saul as one of its Top Innovators of 2013 for his work on data semantics and standards.

Peter Serenita is the Group Chief Data Officer at HSBC.  In this role, he is responsible for the data management practice across all businesses and global functions at HSBC focusing on improving data consistency across the firm.  He is responsible for the development of the HSBC Data Vision and Strategy and leads the Group Data Strategy Board consisting of the CDOs and COOs of each of the Global Businesses and Global Functions.

Previously, Peter was the Chief Data Officer for Global Banking and Markets at HSBC and in this role he was responsible for improving the consistency of data across the GBM locations and product areas with particular focus on Entity (Client) data.  He was the executive sponsor of two global change programs, the global entity (client) data management program and the global trading account data strategy across Global Banking and Markets, as well as responsible for the global entity and trading account ‘run the bank’ operations.

Before joining HSBC, Peter was a 28-year veteran of JPMorgan having held several key positions in business and information technology.  He was the Global Head of Pricing Operations and the Global Head of Market Data Service Vendor Management at JPMorgan’s Worldwide Securities Services.  Previously, he was the Chief Data Officer for Worldwide Securities Services responsible for the development of information and technology practices to fully integrate data across the Worldwide Securities Services businesses and the firm. 

He served as head of Global Reference Data Services for the Shared Technology and Operations group at JPMorgan, overseeing reference data for the wholesale portion of the firm, which includes the Investment Bank, Private Bank, Commercial Bank, Treasury and Security Services and Investment Management.  He helped consolidate technology platforms to converge data from disparate sources resulting in improved data quality and reduced cost.  He also consolidated and restructured the reference data operations teams into a dual-hub model resulting in improvements in information quality, controls, operational efficiency and a significant reduction in costs.

Previously, he was Chair of the JPMorgan Enterprise Architecture Board, which established cross-business consistency and better integration across the firm of architecture standards and design methodology.  He has also served as Chief Architect of Finance and Corporate Risk, Head of Corporate Risk Application Development and Head of Foreign Exchange Application Development.

Prior to his 15-year tenure with Fidelity, Mr. Subramanian worked for numerous technology start-up firms leading their data mining and predictive modeling efforts. In, 1990 Mr. Subramanian joined a start-up firm in Singapore to develop generic software for Insurance industry to support the needs of South East Asia. Mr. Subramanian began his technology career in 1988 with Tata Unisys in India.

In his free time, Mr. Subramanian mentors and teaches entrepreneurship to high school students. He is also a board member and charter member of TiE, (The Indus Entrepreneurs) group that is the largest not-for profit organization, which promotes entrepreneurship, and is a member of the committee responsible for reviewing business cases and selecting businesses for investments by venture capitalists.

Prior to this Krishnan was the Vice president, IT Product Management of FIMT, the Information Technology division of Fidelity Management & Research Company (FMRCo), the investment arm of Fidelity Investments, Krishnan was responsible for IT  & Data Product Management, Strategy and Data Modeling for FIMT.

Krishnan joined Fidelity in 1999 and he worked in the retail brokerage division of Fidelity until 2004. He played a key role in adding cutting-edge features to Fidelty.com. Since then he worked for the FMRCo, the investment arm of Fidelity and  lead multiple technology Initiatives in the fields of Investment Compliance, Proxy Voting and others. Prior to joining EMC in 2005, Marty was co-founder and COO of Granitar, a web consultancy that grew to 250 people in four years and served clients such as State Street Co., The New York Times and Standard & Poor's. Marty began his career in Ireland with Digital Equipment Co. He holds a B. Eng. from Dublin City University and a High Tech MBA from Northeastern University.

Joseph Ohayon is the founder and managing director of OTCFin, a fintech company specialized in investment and risk management technology with offices in NY, Europe, and India. Mr. Ohayon has over 20 years of work experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise data management platforms for the buy-side, including insurance, asset management, pension funds, and alternative investment firms in the US and Europe.

Mr. Ohayon has managed projects for many clients over the past 15 years, helping them build and/or enhance their data management infrastructure to support investment, risk, and regulatory reporting processes across asset classes. His focus has been on sourcing, cleansing, and organizing market and reference, pricing, risk, and performance data into integrated data platforms that can deliver complete and accurate data.

Mr. Ohayon has been a guest speaker at various conferences. He holds a Master Degree in Computer Science from Ecole Superieure d’Electricite in France and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
