Sanjay was one of the key partners of BusinessEdge’s Financial Services Practice, with Sanjay’s focus on by and sell side. Prior to joining BusinessEdge, he held positions at Oracle, DuPont Pension Fund and IBM.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, George worked at Bell Communications Research for 10 years where he held a number of roles developing software and leading teams providing technology solutions for the Regional Bell Operating Companies.

Ms. Letcher’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the data warehouse, analytics infrastructure investment and delivery, data quality and remediation, data governance, which includes data risk metrics and aggregation, as well as regulatory information and reporting. As Director of Corporate Insurance, she ensures the group provides risk balanced insurance solutions. In her role as COO for IRM, Ms. Letcher is responsible for business continuity, talent management and communications.
Ms. Letcher has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector. Prior to rejoining PNC in 2010, she was the Director of Risk Management Technology for both Wachovia and Wells Fargo. Joel graduated from Tulane Law School and began his legal career in private practice focusing on complex business litigation, primarily in the area of state and local taxation. Mike joined Legg Mason in October 2009 and was initially responsible for financial planning, analysis and management reporting for LM Global Distribution. Prior to joining Legg, Mike was Director, Americas Regional Controller and Head of Financial Operations at UBS Investment Bank. During his nine year tenure at UBS, he held various controllership and business management positions supporting technology and logistics segments both domestically and globally. Upon graduation from college, he held positions of increasing responsibility at two technology start-up firms where he quickly gained his footing in finance.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant and maintains both his Series 7 and Series 24 registrations with FINRA.
Mike lives in Newtown CT with his wife and three children. He enjoys cooking, gardening, home improvement projects, running and the outdoors.
Since joining TD in 2006, Mary has held increasingly senior roles across the organization in areas including the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), Governance, Controls and Risk Management (GCRM) and most recently provided operational and strategic direction as Head of the Program Management, Technology and Analytics functions within Global Anti-Money Laundering (GAML).
Prior to joining TD, Mary held a number of consulting roles supporting organizational transformation and change management programs, and worked and lectured at the University of Toronto's School of Continuing Studies and Faculty of Information Sciences.
Mary received her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Carleton University, studied at Oxford and pursued graduate work at OISE.
In her personal time, Mary devotes herself to a number of community organizations and sports, women in leadership activities and as a Board member of Heritage St. Georges.

In September 2016, Sylvain joined Franklin Templeton as Director of Investment Data Management, after a few years of EDM advisory consulting with InvestTech. Prior to joining InvestTech, Sylvain was the VP of Business Analytics for PSP Investments, and Head of Business Architecture for Caisse de Depot, both pension funds in Canada. Sylvain also worked in technology executive positions as Chief Information Officer for Natixis CIB in New York and Societe Generale in New York and Paris.

Most recently, Eric was the Executive Director of the Center for Biomedical Informatics and the Countway Library of Medicine, an Instructor in Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School and is a faculty member of the Children’s Hospital Informatics Program at Boston Children’ Hospital. While at HMS, Eric focused on the approval of the Department of Biomedical Informatics as a full academic department at HMS as well as industry collaborations, leading the technology efforts for multiple Ebola response programs, and building active research programs in medical product development, regulatory science and cyber security.
Prior to HMS, Eric was the Chief Information Officer and Chief Scientist (Informatics) at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. In this role, Eric authored the first IT Strategic Plan for FDA and was responsible for modernizing and enhancing the IT capabilities as well as the in silico scientific capabilities at FDA.
Eric serves on the editorial board of Cancer Today magazine and serves on the editorial board and as the Associate Editor for Novel Communications for the DIA flagship publication, the Journal of and Therapeutic Innovation and Regulatory Science. Eric has also served on several the Advisory Committees for the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the SAB of NuMedii, the leadership team of Precision for Medicine, as the Chairman of the Survivor Advisory Board at the Cancer Institute of New Jersey and as the Chief Information Officer of the King Hussein Institute for Biotechnology and Cancer in Amman, Jordan. Eric has also worked extensively with the LiveStrong Foundation, the Kidney Cancer Association, and the ScientistSurvivor program of the American Association for Cancer Research. Eric has also served as the first CTO for OneMind4Research and as a reviewer for Faster Cures.
Prior to FDA, Eric was Senior Vice President of R&D Information Technology at Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals R&D and was a member of the Corporate Office of Science and Technology. During his thirteen years at J&J, Eric also held the posts of Vice President R&D Informatics, Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Director of Research Information Technology as well as assistant Director and Director of Drug Discovery Research. Prior to J&J, Eric was the Group leader of Scientific Computing at ArQule Inc. and he began his professional career with the Army Corps of Engineers.
Eric has a PhD in chemical and biochemical engineering from Drexel University and also holds B.S.Che and M.S. degrees in chemical engineering.
Salesky was formerly head of Schwab’s branch network. Prior roles included launching Schwab’s retail franchise business, leading Schwab’s online and mobile efforts, creating Schwab’s first fee-based advice offer, and developing the first revenue-sharing referral model for affiliated fee-based advisors.
Prior to joining Schwab in 1995, Salesky was a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co., Inc. Salesky earned a BS/MS in Industrial Engineering at Stanford University and an MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Satpute was a founding member of a global IT Services start up that went public in 2004. Before the startup, Mr. Satpute led multiple consulting engagements involving large scale business process re-engineering as well as re-platforming efforts.
Mr. Satpute began his technology career in 1989 with Tata consultancy service in India. Mr. Satpute holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, MS in Electronics Engineering and a Diploma in Marketing Management.
Mr. Saul previously was chief information security officer, where he oversaw State Street’s corporate information security program, controls and technology. Prior to that, he managed State Street’s Office of Architecture, where he was responsible for the overall enterprise technology, data and security architecture of the corporation. Mr. Saul joined State Street in 1992 after 15 years with IBM’s Cambridge Scientific Center, where he managed innovations in operating systems virtualization, multiprocessing, networking and personal computers. Mr. Saul serves as a trustee of the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. In 2007 he was honored with a Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leader Award. American Banker named Mr. Saul as one of its Top Innovators of 2013 for his work on data semantics and standards.
Mr. Saul holds bachelors and master’s degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Previously, Peter was the Chief Data Officer for Global Banking and Markets at HSBC and in this role he was responsible for improving the consistency of data across the GBM locations and product areas with particular focus on Entity (Client) data. He was the executive sponsor of two global change programs, the global entity (client) data management program and the global trading account data strategy across Global Banking and Markets, as well as responsible for the global entity and trading account ‘run the bank’ operations.
Before joining HSBC, Peter was a 28-year veteran of JPMorgan having held several key positions in business and information technology. He was the Global Head of Pricing Operations and the Global Head of Market Data Service Vendor Management at JPMorgan’s Worldwide Securities Services. Previously, he was the Chief Data Officer for Worldwide Securities Services responsible for the development of information and technology practices to fully integrate data across the Worldwide Securities Services businesses and the firm.
He served as head of Global Reference Data Services for the Shared Technology and Operations group at JPMorgan, overseeing reference data for the wholesale portion of the firm, which includes the Investment Bank, Private Bank, Commercial Bank, Treasury and Security Services and Investment Management. He helped consolidate technology platforms to converge data from disparate sources resulting in improved data quality and reduced cost. He also consolidated and restructured the reference data operations teams into a dual-hub model resulting in improvements in information quality, controls, operational efficiency and a significant reduction in costs.
Previously, he was Chair of the JPMorgan Enterprise Architecture Board, which established cross-business consistency and better integration across the firm of architecture standards and design methodology. He has also served as Chief Architect of Finance and Corporate Risk, Head of Corporate Risk Application Development and Head of Foreign Exchange Application Development.
Mr. Serenita holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from New York University.
Previously with Fidelity, Mr. Subramanian was Vice President, Data Engineering & BI with Fixed Income Division. In his role, he led a team of professionals responsible for delivering projects in the areas of Trading, Portfolio, Research and Quant. He joined Fidelity in 1999 as a Director in the Marketing Division primarily responsible to implement Marketing Data Warehouse and CRM.
Prior to his 15-year tenure with Fidelity, Mr. Subramanian worked for numerous technology start-up firms leading their data mining and predictive modeling efforts. In, 1990 Mr. Subramanian joined a start-up firm in Singapore to develop generic software for Insurance industry to support the needs of South East Asia. Mr. Subramanian began his technology career in 1988 with Tata Unisys in India.
In his free time, Mr. Subramanian mentors and teaches entrepreneurship to high school students. He is also a board member and charter member of TiE, (The Indus Entrepreneurs) group that is the largest not-for profit organization, which promotes entrepreneurship, and is a member of the committee responsible for reviewing business cases and selecting businesses for investments by venture capitalists.
Mr. Subramanian often speaks at various industry conferences. He received his MBA from Boston University.

Krishnan joined Fidelity in 1999 and he worked in the retail brokerage division of Fidelity until 2004. He played a key role in adding cutting-edge features to Fidelty.com. Since then he worked for the FMRCo, the investment arm of Fidelity and lead multiple technology Initiatives in the fields of Investment Compliance, Proxy Voting and others. He was also responsible for Data Product Management and Enterprise Data Modeling for the integrated common data store which is the foundation of FMRCo’s multi-year technology strategy.
Prior to joining Fidelity, Krishnan was a software engineer at PTC, a mechanical CAD software company where he was in the core team that built their Product Data Management product line. Krishnan has over 20 years of experience in IT and software product development.
Before joining Bank of China, Connie was Director and Quantitative Risk Management(QRM)’s Business Manager in DTCC's Enterprise Risk Management. Before joining DTCC, she led many large scope projects for business transformation through global management consulting practice, before that, she was Sr. manager with S&P, Bank of Tokyo as well as Other major US banks.
She has Master Degree in Computer Science from City College, an MBA in Investment Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
Prior to joining what is now S&P Global Market Intelligence, Matt spent over 11 years with data vendor Bloomberg LP. While there, he held a variety of leadership roles, the last of which was Head of Business Management and Exchange Relations for all real-time exchange feeds in North America. In that capacity, Matt was responsible for many key implementations on the Bloomberg Professional platform, including Regulation SHO, the NASDAQ Opening and Closing Crosses, real-time data for Jamaica Stock Exchange (a first among vendors), and the TSX Market on Close. An active participant and speaker in the industry, Matt is on the Curriculum Committee for the FISD’s Financial Information Associate (FIA) program and is a certified FIA Associate.

Before joining D&B, Kelvin spent a combined 20 years in Compliance, Credit, Loss Prevention and Managerial roles at two major financial institutions where his responsibilities included developing CIP policies, procedures, data sources and technology solutions to meet the requirements of the USA Patriot Act. Kelvin is a member of the charter class of Certified Financial Crime Specialists and is a current member of the advisory board at the Association of Certified Financial Crimes Specialists.

Scott J. Preiss is Managing Director, Global Head of CUSIP Global Services (CGS, which administers the CUSIP numbering system and the CUSIP International Numbering System (CINS) for the United States, Canada, and various global territories under contract to the American Bankers Association. Under Scott’s direction, CGS is responsible for the development and operation of the ANNA Service Bureau, launched as a central hub for the consolidation and distribution of ISIN data from >120 global markets, and jointly operated with Six Financial Information, Zurich. CGS also provides a variety of cross-referencing, obligor and entity-identification solutions to market participants for risk management and compliance needs.
Previously, during Scott’s tenure as director of CUSIP Operations, a major revitalization and upgrade of CUSIP’s infrastructure was implemented that facilitates the numerous securities issuance procedures in a real-time environment. He has been actively involved in the industry’s effort to standardize legal entities, securities descriptive data and product classifications, and has chaired the ANSI-accredited standards group X9D in that regard. Scott regularly lectures on standardization, reference data and risk management, both in the U.S. and globally.

Throughout her tenure in Investment Information Services (IIS), Micka has managed complex strategic provider relationships and their related commercial & legal terms, partnering with enterprise counterparts to secure successful deals across the organization. She directed the roll-out of Fidelity’s corporate vendor management program in Asset Management and has most recently been overseeing IIS’ contribution to market data cost reduction efforts under firm-wide Scale & Efficiency initiatives.
Prior to joining Fidelity in 2008, Micka was a senior associate at a North Shore business law firm where she worked on a wide range of corporate transactions. Micka earned a BA in English & Journalism from the University of New Hampshire and a JD from Suffolk University.
Mr. Ohayon has managed projects for many clients over the past 15 years, helping them build and/or enhance their data management infrastructure to support investment, risk, and regulatory reporting processes across asset classes. His focus has been on sourcing, cleansing, and organizing market and reference, pricing, risk, and performance data into integrated data platforms that can deliver complete and accurate data.
Mr. Ohayon has been a guest speaker at various conferences. He holds a Master Degree in Computer Science from Ecole Superieure d’Electricite in France and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
